Dear all,

9.30 am should be targeted arrivals for all competitors especially the four teams kicking off at 10.00 am sharp.  The four teams are SDAR, MCKK, TI Seremban & Jenan.  

Getting to Padang@One Utama

1.  Its at what we call - new wing of One Utama, the one closer to the Curve than TV3.

2.  Your best choice could very well be to go up to 5th floor parking and park within columns  17 and 27.  There's a lift lobby there. Go up to UR.

Shower Facilities

There are shower facilities.  Toilets are outside and not at the shower facilities. Please do not use the showers as toilets.

Tshirts -  will be available for 10 players per team.

The Draw

Thanks for the reps for making their way to Rasta Taman Tun Dr Ismail early tonight. 8 teams have confirmed their participation and we have conducted the draw and divide the teams into 2 groups:

Group A will consist of SDAR, MCKK, TI Seremban and Jenan, meanwhile Group B will consist of MRSM Kulim, RMC, SAS and SMS Johor.

Let's make it to the tournament early. Try to be there by 9.30 to allow yourselves familiarisation with the place and secure your belongings.

Managers' Meeting # 2

Hello!

Kita nak meeting this Friday to finalize our friendly tournament.

Pada meeting ni, kita harap dapat:

(1) mengesahkan jumlah pasukan, 

(2) mengutip yuran sebanyak RM500 setiap alumni, 

(3) Cabutan kumpulan dan kedudukan dalam kumpulan utk penentuan perlawanan atau, jika 7 pasukan sahaja, cabutan kedudukan dalam kumpulan utk penentuan perlawanan;

(4) mendapatkan saiz baju t-shirt setiap anggota pasukan.  Bagi penyertaan lebih 10 orang, kita sarankan supaya dikutip juga bayaran bagi setiap anggota pasukan tambahan dan saiz baju mereka.

First Word on 1984 SBP Silver Jubilee Futsal Tournament

Introduction

1.  2009 will be the 25th year since SPM candidates for 1984 left their respective schools. In conjunction with this Silver Jubilee, a 1984 SBP* Silver Jubilee Futsal Tournament (the First Tournament) will be held on [old date 31 January 2009] (latest date: 7 February 2009). This tournament is open to all SBP alumni teams comprising SPM candidates for 1984.

Team Composition

2.  Each team must consist of players who were students of the school which the team represents and the players had sat for SPM in 1984.  For purpose of clarity, it means that (a) a player who were born in 1968 but sat for SPM in 1984 qualifies as a player for the tournament and (b) a player who studied in the school which the team represents but did not sit for SPM in 1984 at that school but (i) at another school or (ii) by reason of illness, in 1985, qualifies as a player for the tournament.

3. In a game, each team may, by substitution, use up to 15 players.  Please note that however, the prize andother  allocations will only be made on the basis of 8-player teams.

Venue

4. Tentatively, the venue is fixed at Padang, One Utama.

5. The organizers will be issuing polo shirts, a silver jubilee t-shirt. The final price will be announced in due course and orders are accepted at etch.kl@gmail.com
